| Orange Blossom Class: Original Piano Solo Published: 1936. Comment: Although not as well known as some of Billy's pieces, the main theme is one of his most beautiful melodies, and one in which the grace-notes that form an integral part of each triplet add immeasurably to the total. The two interlude sections have a more aggressive feel, and the second contains a short snatch from the Bridal March, no doubt a reference to the traditional use of orange-blossom at the wedding ceremony.
