Comment: Another of Billy's many 'flower' numbers - he was a keen gardener. The theme of the main section has the first bar triplet characteristic of so many novelties, but in every other way shows how far Billy rises above the general level in quality of inspiration, harmonic palette and technical fluency.The final section is particularly full of brio.
