Sunday Concerts and Meetings in 2010 (3 - 6 p.m.) at 'Shellwood', St. Leonards Rd., Thames Ditton, Surrey

Please note: Concerts are for Members Only. Programme reservations must be made by ringing 020 8224 1521 or writing to the secretary to check that accommodation is available and then by sending a cheque in favour of the Billy Mayerl Society, at the latest, one week before the concert date. Reservations are not available at the door. Members may bring two new guests once to any concert/meeting, subject to availability. Concert reservations are £15.00 per person and include refreshments. Members' meetings are £3 per person inc. refreshments. See the relevant page on this site for membership application.

2010

For our first concert of 2010 Julian Dyer, pianolist extrordinaire, will be performing a selection of rare and tuneful syncopated rolls from his extensive collection. Don't miss this wonderful demonstration of a first-class instrument by an expert. Our second concert is by Alex Hassan who will be playing solos and accompanying fellow American Doug Bowles in a performance of 1930s era songs. They will also be recording a CD with Shellwood Productions. To conclude, our very own super-talented BMS member Christopher Duckett will be playing another entirely Billy Mayerl concert including some of Billy's rarer pieces.
